How do I book?You can call us to speak to one of our dedicated specialists or you can fill out the short booking form online to arrange to meet us, and begin your unique experience

Do I need an appointment?Yes. To avoid any disappointment on the day, we run by appointment only. This is to ensure that you receive the best experience possible from CG Boutique. If you do choose to just walk in, we cannot guarantee one of our dress specialists will be available, however as always we will do our best to accommodate where possible. You can book your appointment in two ways - by giving us a call or by filling in the booking form

How far in advance do I need to book and appointment?Ideally we'd suggest you purchase a dress 8-12 months before your event date. However we appreciate that isn't always possible and we will do everything we can to make sure you can find a dream dress in your required timescales.

How long is my appointment?Each appointment is one hour to one and a 1/2 hours which gives you the opportunity to try on a range of dresses to suit you

Who can I bring?The choice is yours, just remember too many people means more opinions which may confuse you and make your decision more challenging

Do you charge for appointments?At CG Boutique we pride ourselves on not charging you for your appointment with us.

What if I'm going to be late for my appointment?We understand that delays can happen, give us a call to let us know how long you maybe and wherever possible we will make arrangements to accommodate you. Please be aware if there is an appointment after your slot, we will need to reduce the time you will have in the boutique.

What size dresses to you stock?At CG Boutique we have access to order a wide range of sizes from 0-32 (dependent on designer), and when you've found your perfect dress, our specialist team will place the order with our designers and make sure we get it sized to you through a series of fittings.

What can I expect on the day of my appointment?We have two changing rooms to ensure you have a 1:1 private experience with one of our Specialists. However if you would prefer to have the venue for sole use for your own comfort, we will be happy to accommodate, just let us know.

How do I pay?You can pay by Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card or Instant Bank Transfer

Do you accept refunds & returns?Once your order has been placed your dream dress will start being designed and therefore we will be unable to accept any refunds or returns. We also do not offer refunds on 'take home today' or sale dresses either as these are sold as seen on the day.

How many fittings will I need?Our independent but dedicated and recommended seamstress will advise you based on the number of fittings you require

How much do you charge for alterations?We do not do any in house seamstress work. However, we do have an independent but highly dedicated recommended seamstress who can work with you. Depending on the level of changes required, she will be able to advise you. Do note that seamstress work is an additional cost to the charge of your dress purchased with us.

Can I use my own dress fitter?You are more than welcome to take your dress to your own seamstress but remember to budget for the cost of alterations

Do you make custom dresses?At CG Boutique we work with designers on seasonal dresses and our dedicated seamstress makes the alterations to fit you perfectly. So, we are not involved in designing 'bespoke' dresses, however we can put you in touch with a recommended dressmaker if you need this service.

Do you do different leg length dresses?CG Boutique dresses are samples from the designers (unless marked sale/off the rail) so your dress will be ordered to your size. Some of our designers do offer different lengths (additional costs can apply). However our dedicated seamstress will be able to help adjust the length to suit you when you have your fitting.

What's your price range?At CG Boutique we believe in putting you in control, that's why we have a range of dresses to suit various budgets as part of our unique experience in helping you make your dreams come true.

Do you have Parking?Amesbury central main town car park (SP4 7JE) 20p - £4.50 Countess road (road next to Murco petrol station) is free (SP4 7AT) Amesbury small car park off Salisbury road (SP4 7JE) 20p - £4.50

How accessible is your premises?We have solutions to support you, so give us a call and we'll be happy to talk this through with you individually

What events are you showcasing at?Please keep an eye on our website and social media updates to see what events we are attending through the year.

How often will you communicate with me?We will call you a few days before your first appointment to get to know you, which then gives you plenty of time on the day to find your dream dress. We know that this is an exciting time for you and so we will be in regular contact with you but feel free to call or email us anytime in between. Visit our contact page here

Are your dresses sustainable?At CG Boutique we will be working closely with our designers to review their commitments to ethical trading

Is there anything nearby so we can make a day of it?CG Boutique is fantastically located in the lovely, historic, quaint town of Amesbury. What is the meaning behind CG Boutique?We wanted to keep things simple so the focus is on you as our customer, that's why we picked a short and sweet Boutique name. However, the name was derived from the initials of Caroline and Serena's surnames - Coleman & Ghale. As Owners & Co-Founders, we are very proud of our family and every time we look at the brand it reminds us of why we chose to follow our dreams into the world of Boutiques.
